Memberships
New memberships include a 30-day free trial; you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. After billing begins, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of your current period.
How to request a refund
Email info@ya-yaregie.com from the email on your account, or call +1 (720) 297-0146. Include your order or confirmation number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Store products and return window
Kitchen products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund for the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions
- Items returned after 30 days or not in original condition.
- Used or washed items, and items missing parts or packaging not due to our error.
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
